These terms govern your use of the ISPCine website, applications, downloads, and optional account services.

Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using ISPCine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What ISPCine provides
ISPCine is a client for browsing and playing media made available through compatible ISP-hosted providers. Availability depends on your network, location, provider configuration, device, and the provider’s continued operation. ISPCine does not guarantee access to any particular catalog or title.
Your responsibilities
- Use ISPCine only for lawful purposes and content you are authorized to access.
- Comply with the terms, policies, and access rules of your ISP and selected media providers.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt services, distribute malware, or misuse account and synchronization features.
- Keep your device and optional Google account secure.
Downloads and third-party content
Media catalogs, streams, subtitles, metadata, and other third-party materials remain the responsibility of their respective providers and rights holders. ISPCine does not host those provider catalogs. You are responsible for how downloaded material is stored and used.
Optional accounts
Google sign-in is optional and is used to synchronize My List, Continue Watching progress, and watch history. You may continue using local functionality without signing in. Account processing is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Provider outages, network restrictions, operating-system changes, and third-party service changes may affect functionality without notice.
Disclaimer and limitation
ISPCine is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ISPCine’s developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or provider-related losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
