Your privacy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ISPCine processes, what remains on your device, and the choices available to you.
Effective September 10, 2026
Overview
ISPCine is a local-first media catalog and playback application. You can use the app without creating an account.
Optional Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in, ISPCine receives the account identifier, name, email address, and profile information made available through Google OAuth. This information is used to authenticate you and synchronize My List, Continue Watching progress, and watch history across your devices.
Authentication sessions and synchronized library information are stored in a Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database. The account service is hosted through Netlify.
Information stored on your device
Without sign-in, My List, watch history, playback progress, provider settings, and download records remain on your device. Downloaded media is stored in the local folder you choose. Local information is not uploaded merely because you use the app.
Issue reports
When you choose to report an issue, ISPCine stores your report text together with relevant app or media context and diagnostic information needed to investigate it. Diagnostics may include playback position and state, selected quality, audio and subtitle information, player error details, provider identity, app version, device identifier, platform, browser user-agent, language, timezone, screen and viewport dimensions, and network availability.
Issue reporting requires sign-in so reports can be kept unique, shown in Your Reports, and updated when a problem returns. Report descriptions are checked for offensive or abusive English-language content before storage. ISPCine does not include session tokens, cookies, provider credentials, full media or live-stream URLs, request headers, screenshots, or media samples in these reports.
Networks and third-party services
ISPCine connects directly to ISP-hosted media providers selected or configured by the user. Those providers receive ordinary network requests, including the user’s IP address, and operate under their own policies.
Google processes authentication when optional sign-in is used. OpenSubtitles may process search information only when its optional integration is configured and used.
How information is used and shared
Information is used only to provide authentication, cross-device synchronization, playback, downloads, provider connectivity, support, security, and service maintenance. ISPCine does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers named above only as needed to operate these features or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains until it is removed in the app or the app’s local data is cleared. Account-linked information is retained while needed to provide synchronization. Issue reports and their occurrence history are retained for support, reliability analysis, and security unless the associated account is deleted or deletion is requested. You may request deletion of account-linked information and reports by emailing montasimmamun@gmail.com.
Security, changes, and contact
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect account information, but no system is completely secure. This policy may be updated as ISPCine changes. For privacy questions or requests, contact montasimmamun@gmail.com.
